The EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane is produced using cold feed extrusion continuous vulcanization process equipment. It is made from EPDM rubber produced by DuPont in the United States and high-quality domestic raw materials, with the addition of processing aids such as carbon black reinforcing agent, nano-modifier, plasticizer, and vulcanizing accelerator. The membrane undergoes processes including intensive mixing, refining, filtering, extrusion molding, continuous vulcanization, and inspection, to produce a high-elasticity synthetic polymer waterproofing membrane.
