金属胎高分子耐根穿刺防水卷材 - 铜胎基是以金属箔和高分子材料为主要原料,以挤出法生产,采用一次复合工艺将金属箔、高分子材料及织物加强层一次复合的金属胎高分子新型防水卷材。中间是金属箔层(铜箔)具有防水抗渗功能。
金属箔的两面复合的是马来酸酐接枝改性聚乙烯树脂层,主要起防水作用。产品的下层是非织造布层,该层直接复合在树酯防水层上,可用水泥材料粘接在水泥结构的基层上,使产品与结构基层合为一体。产品的上层针对不同物种的生长特点及工程实际情况,复合不同厚度的无纺布、毛毡等, 主要起到保护防水阻根材料、过滤泥沙、防止营养土流失、排出多余的水分及储存一定的水分供植物生长。
产品施工采用配套防水阻根聚合物胶粘剂添加到水泥中配制的粘接剂与水泥基层满面粘接,形成的粘接层具有防水和阻拦植物的双重作用,当防水卷材遭到意外的破坏时,粘接层同样能起到防水阻根的作用,这是其它材料所不具备的,更有效的保证了工程的质量。
Metal tire polymer root puncture resistant waterproofing membrane - Copper tire base is a new type of metal tire polymer waterproofing membrane produced by extrusion method using metal foil and polymer materials as the main raw materials. It adopts a one-time composite process to composite the metal foil, polymer material, and fabric reinforcement layer in one go. The metal foil layer (copper foil) in the middle has waterproof and anti-seepage functions.
The double-sided composite of metal foil is a maleic anhydride grafted modified polyethylene resin layer, mainly used for waterproofing. The lower layer of the product is a non-woven fabric layer, which is directly compounded on the resin waterproof layer and can be bonded to the base layer of the cement structure with cement material, integrating the product with the structural base layer. The upper layer of the product is made of non-woven fabric, felt, and other materials with different thicknesses, tailored to the growth characteristics of different species and the actual engineering situation. It mainly serves to protect waterproof and root blocking materials, filter sediment, prevent nutrient soil loss, discharge excess water, and store a certain amount of water for plant growth.
The product construction uses a matching waterproof and root blocking polymer adhesive added to cement to form an adhesive that is bonded to the surface of the cement base. The adhesive layer formed has a dual function of waterproofing and blocking plants. When the waterproof membrane is accidentally damaged, the adhesive layer can also play a role in waterproofing and root blocking, which is not available in other materials and more effectively ensures the quality of the project.
