水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料是采用普通硅酸盐水泥、精制石英砂及特殊活性化学物质混配而成的淡灰色粉状防水涂料。它的防水机理主要是利用砼结构的多孔性，在水的作用下，防水涂料中含有的活性化学物质以水为载体，被带入砼结构内部孔缝中，随着水对砼结构毛孔的渗透与混凝土中的游离子交互反应生成不溶于水的结晶物，结晶物在砼结构孔缝中吸水膨胀，由疏至密，使混凝土结构表层向纵深处逐渐形成一个至密的抗渗区域，提高了结构整体的抗渗能力。且由于活性物质多年以后还能被水激活，故二次裂缝能生长出新的结晶物。
Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a light gray powder waterproof coating made by mixing ordinary Portland cement, refined quartz sand, and special active chemicals. Its waterproof mechanism mainly utilizes the porosity of concrete structures. Under the action of water, the active chemical substances contained in waterproof coatings are carried into the internal pores and joints of the concrete structure through water as a carrier. As water penetrates the pores of the concrete structure and interacts with the mobile ions in the concrete, insoluble crystals are generated. The crystals absorb water and expand in the pores and joints of the concrete structure, gradually forming a dense anti-seepage area from the surface to the longitudinal depth, greatly improving the overall anti-seepage ability of the structure. And because the active substance can still be activated by water after many years, new crystals can grow from secondary cracks.
